I have heard the submissions made on behalf of both the parties.

It appears that there are some private disputes in between the petitioner and the Co-operative Society regarding pendency of the issue of letting out the subject premises.

The said issue ought not to be decided by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies or any government authority.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for remedy as available in law. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
