As none appears for the State, Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to appear and represent on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities. The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Kalighat Police Station Case No.69 dated 29.03.2012.

Records of the revisional application reflect that till date the revisional application has not been admitted. Having regard to the fact that the issues raised in the revisional application relate to question of facts and the present stage of the proceedings not being informed, I am reluctant to interfere at this belated stage.

Accordingly, CRR 2092 of 2012 is dismissed.
