Petitioner has approached this Court pursuant to the direction passed after the decision of a co-ordinate Bench in SAT 404 of 2013. Petitioner claims that the order in the appeal has been set aside.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos.4 and 5, on the other hand, submits that Title Suit No.1179 of 2024 is pending in respect of the same property. The said suit has been initiated at the instance of one of the petitioners.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

Having regard to the fact that the dispute complained of is absolutely an issue amongst the private parties, there is no scope for the police

authorities to act on the same. Consequently, the writ petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, WPA 14499 of is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
