The writ petition appeared previously on September 10, 2021, September 24, 2021 and 1st October, 2021 when necessary directions were made. Today the Howrah Municipal Corporation is represented but none appears for the writ petitioners nor any accommodation has been sought for.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 12904 of 2007 stands dismissed for non prosecution, interim order, if any, stand vacated. There shall be however, no order as to costs. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
