The FSL report has been placed on record. The sample that was sent to FSL has tested positive indicating presence of codeine in the material seized from the petitioners. In view of seizure of commercial quantity of contraband from the petitioners and the restriction in Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985, we are not inclined to allow the petitioners' prayer for bail, at this stage. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The application for bail being CRM (NDPS) 947 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed.
