The innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of M Case no.218 of 2023 under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Purba Bardhaman.

In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, the opposite party will not be prejudiced if an order is passed in her absence. In fact, expeditious disposal of the matter shall enure to the benefit of both the parties. In view of the above, the revisional application is disposed of directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Purba Bardhaman to dispose of M Case no.218 of 2023 pending before the learned Court as expeditiously as possible.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
