The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of G.R. Case No. 886 of 2021 arising out of Burrabazar Police Station Case No. 170 of 2021 dated 24.08.2021 under Section 420/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

It is submitted that vide an order dated 16.04.2025, the learned Trial Court has again adjourned the proceedings in this case for which the petitioner is aggrieved.

It appears that the case relates to the year 2021.

Accordingly, Ms. Zarin Khan and Ms. Puspita Saha present in Court are appointed to represent the State in the present case. Let their appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering that the trial in the present case is pending for a long time, the revisional application is disposed of with the

direction that the learned Magistrate shall make all endeavour to dispose of the case preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order. 6.

CRR 2765 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

8.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, being given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
