Despite due service of notice, the respondent is not represented in proceeding today.

The instant application has been filed seeking refund of an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- along with interest accrued thereupon, which was deposited in terms of the order dated 12th January 2021 passed in the appeal.

The appeal has since been disposed of and as a consequence of disposal of the appeal, the applicants are entitled to refund of the amount along with interest accrued thereupon.

The Registrar General of this Court is directed to refund the amount along with interest accrued thereupon subject to verification of identity of the applicants. The instant application is disposed of.

For the purpose of record, it is hereby made clear that the appeal has already been disposed of and, therefore, cannot shown pending in the docket of the Court.
