Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It appears from record that for redressal of the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner also made a representation before the respondent/Bank concerned on 4th July, 2022 and it is the allegation of the petitioner that the said representation has not been considered and disposed off till date.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 14524 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent/Bank authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authoirsed representative, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this court has not gone into the merits of the aforesaid representation and the

authority concerned will consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
