The appeal was listed to be moved for admission on 30th July, 2021, when none appeared for appellant and the Bench noticed that the learned advocate had since been elevated. There was direction for issuance of administrative notice. On 23rd August, 2021 the appeal was adjourned since delivery confirmation was not had. Noting dated 26th August, 2021 says the postal article was delivered as per track consignment report dated 17th August, 2021 but appellant continues to go unrepresented. As such, the contingency provided for in said order dated 30th July, 2021, has happened. SAT 3156 of 2001 with I.A. CAN 1 of 2004 (old CAN 8269 of 2004) (not found), if pending, are dismissed.
