None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 23.02.2023 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. An order dated 03.06.2016 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, 4th Court, Jalpaiguri in connection with Sessions Trial No. 5(1) 2013, corresponding to Sessions Case no. 447 of 2012 arising out of Rajganj Police Station Case no. 126 of 2012 dated 14.07.2012 is under challenge.

The Court has allowed prosecution's prayer vide petition dated 22.12.2015 to proceed in trial against the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the same order is devoid of any merit and illegal. On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 2076 of 2016 is dismissed. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
