Despite direction dated 7th July, 2015, affidavits have not been filed by the respondents.

In view of the above, the interim order already passed on the said date specific direction on the Officer-in-charge, Basanti Police Station are hereby confirmed.

Basanti Police Station shall maintain a regular vigil over the premises in question and ensure that there is no breach of peace.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
