It is submitted he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered materials on record. Statement of the victim shows there was a love affair between the victim and the elder brother of the petitioner who cohabited with her on a number of days. Ultimately, petitioner and his brother violated the minor victim.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and as date has been fixed for recording evidence of the victim on 20th July 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
