High School or any other alternative location. It appears that representation was filed before the

(1) State Election Commission (2) the District Magistrate & (3) the Block Development Officer on June 14, 2023. Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the State Election Commission to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner at the earliest but positively prior to declaration of the counting venue.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
