It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the learned Tribunal has dismissed the case filed under Section 10(2A) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 with an observation that the industrial dispute between the parties is no longer in existence at present. In view of the above, nothing further remains for adjudication in the present writ petition.

The writ petition being WPA 15361 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
