Mr.Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) submits that the proceedings initiated being demolition Case no. 10-D/XII/2021 under Sections 400(1) and 416 of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980 shall be reached to its logical conclusion and communicated to the parties once the approval of the order of the special officer building was done by the authorities of the corporation.

Under such circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of with the direction upon KMC Authority to intimate the order passed in the demolition case to the parties, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from date.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order.
