1. The petitioner alleges that the private respondents have illegally encroached the PWD Road and in this regard a representation has been made and certain photographs have been enclosed.

2. The photographs clearly show that the building has been in existence for several years. We doubt the bona fide of the petitioner in approaching this court at this juncture.

3. Therefore, we are not inclined to issue any positive direction as sought for by the petitioner.

4. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to pursue his representation before the appropriate authority, if so advised.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
