1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner was working at the PNB. She has not committed any offence. Incidentally, she is in the advanced stage of pregnancy and is expecting delivery in the month of August, 2025.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He relies on the case diary and submits that the petitioner used to operate a KIOSK of the PNB as an out-sourced employee. As many as 24 customers complained that their money was taken out of the account. In fact, before registration of the FIR, the petitioner had admitted her guilt before the Bank Manager and undertook to repay the money.

3. Although there are serious allegations made against the petitioner, it appears that she is in the advanced stage of

pregnancy. It also appears that some of the relevant materials have been seized during the investigation.

4. In view of the above, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

5. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and shall produce the details of all her bank accounts to the Investigating Officer by an email or through a representative, within a week and the petitioner shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses.

6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
