Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of her prayer for interim maintenance pending before the learned 7th Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas in connection with ACM Case No.219 of 2022 the matter may be disposed of without service of notice to the opposite parties.

Expeditious disposal of the matter shall in fact enure to the benefit of both the parties. The prayer for interim maintenance of the petitioner is pending before the learned Magistrate since 2022. The private opposite party has, in the meantime, filed a petition before the learned Magistrate challenging the maintainability of the case. In view of the above, the revisional application is disposed of directing the learned 7th Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the prayer for interim maintenance made by the petitioner as well as the petition challenging maintainability of the case filed by the

private opposite party within two months from the next date of hearing fixed before the Court.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
