Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, including the statements of the local witnesses and the injured and the injury report showing inflicting of injuries at vital parts of the body like scalp and forehead, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
