Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of Sessions Trial Case No.91(U) of 2017 arising out of Udaynarayanpur P.S. Case No.69 of 2015 pending before the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Amta, Howrah the matter may be disposed of without service of notice to the opposite parties.

Opposite parties shall not be prejudiced if any order is passed in their absence. Expeditious disposal of the matter shall in fact enure to the benefit of both the parties. This Court is informed that that out of 10 charge-sheeted witnesses, examination of CSW 2 is going on. The case is pending since 2017.

In view of the above, the revisional application is disposed of directing the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Amta, Howrah to dispose of the Sessions Trial Case No. 91(U) of 2017 arising out of Udaynarayanpur P.S. Case No.69 of 2015 dated 29th May,

2015 within six months from the next date of hearing fixed before him.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
