Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of BGR Case No. 6328 of 2015 arising out of Maheshtala P.S. Case No.811 (12) of 2015 pending before the learned 4th Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas the matter may be disposed of without service of notice to the opposite parties.

Opposite parties shall not be prejudiced if a direction for expeditious Trial of the case is given in their absence. Expeditious disposal of the matter shall in fact enure to the benefit of both the parties. The case is pending since 2015 and charge-sheet has been submitted on 30th May, 2016. Examination of witnesses is yet to commence.

In view of the above, the revisional application is disposed of directing the learned 4th Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the BGR Case No. 6328 of 2015 arising out of Maheshtala P.S. Case No.811

(12) of 2015 pending before him within one year from the next date of hearing fixed before him.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
