1. Petitioner seeks waiver of the condition of the order granting bail requiring the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of Kolkata and Howrah without the leave of the learned trial Court and to furnish his address where he presently resides with the jurisdictional police station and to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned jurisdictional police station once every fortnight until further orders.

2. Petitioner is an employee of AG Bengal. Chances of absconsion are less.

3. In such circumstances, we waive the condition requiring the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of Kolkata and Howrah without the leave of the learned trial Court and to furnish his address where he presently resides with the jurisdictional police station and to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned jurisdictional police station once every fortnight until further orders are waived.

4. All other conditions of order granting bail will remain the same.

5. CRAN 1 of 2024 in CRM(DB) 1823 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
