The writ petitioner is aggrieved that a complaint in respect of a fraud by the private respondent has not been investigated.

Counsel for the State submits that FIR has been registered and has resulted in a charge sheet being charge sheet no. 9 of 2021 dated 17th January, 2021 under Sections 420/120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is also submitted that the accused has been arrested and is on bail.

It is expected that the charge sheet is put to committal as expeditiously as possible and trial commences immediately.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
