For the State/Petitioner The State seeks cancellation of interim bail granted by the jurisdictional Court by order No. 59 dated March 25, 2021. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that there are various issues impinging upon the order granting interim bail. He highlights the fact that the accused subsequently granted interim bail is absconding.

We are of the view that since the jurisdictional Court is yet to dispose of the application for grant of bail finally, and granted interim bail upon the accused by order dated March 25, 2021 till April 20,2021, which was extended from time to time, it would be appropriate to request the jurisdictional Court to dispose of the application for grant of bail as expeditiously as possible. All points raised by the parties are kept open to be decided by the jurisdictional Court.

CRM 6322 of 2021 is disposed of.
