Read order dated June 19, 2024. The State places on record the FSL report. The samples that were sent to FSL have tested positive indicating that the material that is alleged to have been seized from the petitioner is contraband. In view of commercial quantity of ganja being involved, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. CRM (NDPS) 942 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
