Mr. Anindya Sundar Das Mr. Shaunak Ghosh Ms. Suva Gayen ...for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) 1st Court at Tamluk, Purba Medinipur to dispose of Title Suit No.68 of 2023 expeditiously.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that an application for injunction is pending and a direction be passed to dispose of the same expeditiously.

After going through the order sheets this Court finds that June 10, 2025 was fixed for service returns and for acknowledgement due. It appears that the suit is not ready by way of appearance as the summons of the suit is yet to be served upon all the defendants. For such reason this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the above observation CO 2336 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
