The writ petitioner is aggrieved in that an application filed before the District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 dated 25th June, 2021 has not been disposed of till date. Curiously the application itself is undated. Counsel for the State submits that on scrutiny it was found that certain documents i.e. copy of the English news paper and loan sanctioned letter required to be submitted along with the application have not been included.

In that view of the matter, this Court directs the bank to comply with the aforesaid requisition of the District Magistrate. Upon compliance, the District Magistrate shall dispose of the application within a

period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The communication of the District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas dated 11.01.2022 is taken on record.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
