The petitioner has implicated whole of the hierarchy of the police authorities of the district of Murshidabad.

State has submitted a report which reflects that against two sons of the petitioner, namely, Saddam Sk. And Subur Sk. several cases have been registered which are as follows:

Burwan PS Case No. 56 of

2016; Burdwan PS Case No. 19 of 2018; Burwan PS Case No.144 of 2018; Burwan PS Case No. 161 of 2018; Burwan PS Case No. 162 of 2018; Burwan PS Case No. 227 of 2021; Burwan PS Case No. 178 of 2025.

Having considered that series of cases are pending, it would be for the petitioner to challenge the veracity and truthfulness of the said First Information Report, since prima facie the police authorities have discharged their findings according to the information available with them.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14415 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
