There is family feud between the petitioner and the private respondents who happened to be daughter and the son-in-law.

To that aspect police report reflects that earlier case was registered being Dhaniakhali Police Station case no. 148/2025 the same ended in charge-sheet.

Petitioner complains that she is subjected to further torture for which already proceedings have been drawn up under Section 126/135 of the BNSS.

Police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure no further breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place.

Petitioner if, she is aggrieved would approach the appropriate forum under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. In case any

direction is passed by the S.D.O. police authorities would abide by the same.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14481 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
