Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayers before the authorities were for recovery of the vehicle.

State has submitted a report which reflects that vehicle has already been recovered.

Petitioner as such is not interested to pursue further with the writ petition.

Having regard to the fact that the police authorities have taken steps, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 14478 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
