The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the District Magistrate, Murshidabad has not disposed of the application dated 12th June 2020 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

In that view of the matter, the District Magistrate, Murshidabad is hereby directed to dispose of the said application mandatorily and positively within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
