By the present writ petition the petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent authorities for issuance of Certificate of Teachers Eligibility Test (in short TET), 2022.

The petitioner contends that she participated in TET, 2022 and was declared successful. The petitioner though approached the West Bengal Board of Primary Education for issuance of Certificate of TET, 2022, however, the same has not been provided to her. Hence, this writ petition.

Mr. Rudranil De, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the West Bengal

Board of Primary Education be directed to issue the Certificate of TET, 2022 in favour of the petitioner. 4.

On the contrary, Mr. Ratul Biswas, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that a portal was launched by the Board for issuance of Certificate of TET, 2022 to successful candidates. The petitioner has not applied online through such portal for getting the certificate. However, in the event the petitioner is found entitled to receive the Certificate of TET, 2022, necessary steps will be taken in such regards subject to payment of chargeable fees.

In view of the above submissions, respondent no.3, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education is directed to take appropriate steps for issuance of Certificate of TET, 2022 in favour of the petitioner subject to proper verification, fulfilment of all criteria, and entitlement of the petitioner and upon payment of requisite fees if any, required as per Rules, within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition being WPA 14296 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to respondent No.3, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education for necessary compliance.

Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 11.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

13.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
