In that view of the matter, the District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas shall dispose of the writ petitioner's application being No.275/21 dated 29th June 2021 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and a reasoned order may be passed and communicated to the concerned parties within a period of one week thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
