Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, there was a free fight. The petitioners lodged a complaint. After eleven days from then, the present police complaint was lodged.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury suffered by the victim as also the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.).

The injured suffered fracture injuries. The injured implicate the petitioners in the 161 Cr.P.C. statement. The petitioners are named in the First Information Report.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3299 of 2022 is dismissed.
