1. The prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected by a coordinate bench on 19th January, 2023 on the ground that there mentioned regarding CCTV footage in the Case Diary implicating the persons in hurling of bombs.

2. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has criminal antecedent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the order passed by a coordinate bench in CRM 2949 of 2001 (R.C. Goyel & Anr. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) a suitable case can be considered for consideration of the prayer for anticipatory bail for second time.

4. Considering that there has been no change in the circumstances and since last order of rejection on 19.01.2023, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
