Petitioner is aggrieved by inaction with the police 25.07.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.55 Rakib authorities as there was no response in spite of communication being made to them.

The Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad Police District has submitted a report which reflects that Cyber Crime PS. Case no. 20/2025 has been registered for investigation on 03.07.2025 under the relevant provisions of BNS.

Having considered that a case has already been registered, the primary grievance of the petitioner has been justified. If the petitioner is having further grievances, he would address the same before the Jurisdictional Court in seisin of the Cyber Crime PS case no. 20/2025.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14486 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
