Mr. Mrinal Das Mr. Raja Adhiokary Ms. Ruksar Parveen ....for the petitioner Ms. Munmun Tewary Ms. Kakali Pal ....for the State Affidavit of service, filed in Court today, is taken on record.

The petitioner is working as Nirman Sahayak with the relevant Panchayat. Referring to a representation at page 18 to the writ petition, Mr. Mrinal Das, learned counsel appears for petitioner submits that, he has made a representation before the respondent no. 3 but the same has not received any attention.

Ms. Munmun Tewary, learned State counsel appears for respondent nos. 1 to 3.

Pradhan, despite notice, choose not to be represented.

In course of hearing, learned State counsel has placed a written instruction issued dated June 20,

2024 under the seal and signature of the respondent no. 3, the same is taken on record.

The instruction shows that necessary release order has already been issued in favour of the petitioner. A copy of the said instruction is also made over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Court today.

The respondents shall take all necessary and consequential steps to give immediate effect to the said release order positively within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

With the above observations and directions, this writ petition, WPA 15565 of 2024 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
