1. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and due to political rivalry they have been falsely implicated.

2. The learned Counsel for the State in opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail has submitted that the CISF Personnel on duty suffered injury due to hurling of bombs and it is to be viewed seriously.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary and having regard to the fact that the CISF Personnel on duty, prima facie, has been attacked with the bombs, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
