Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction 11-07-2023 Subha Item no. 27 Ct no.34 CRR 2379 of 2022 Vanamala Ravi Kumar -versus- Smt. Vanamala Bharati The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceeding being Misc. Case No. 11 of 2022 which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 2nd Court, Raghunathpur, Purulia under Section 12(3) of the P.W.D.V Act, 2005.

Having regard to the issues so canvassed, I am of the opinion that it was incumbent upon the petitioner to first exhaust the provisions of Section 29 of the P.W.D.V Act, 2005 and thereafter approach this court. There are no circumstances, which are exceptional in nature to invoke the jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the same, I am not inclined to interfere in respect of the prayer which has been advanced herein. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2379 of 2022 is dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
