1. Report is received from the Superintendent of Police, Malda to the effect that the error which was found by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 05.07.2024, occurred on account of typing mistake and both the police officers negligently signed without verifying the date.

2. It is reported further by the said Superintendent of Police, Malda, that pursuant to the Regulations number 857 of Police Regulation Bengal, both the officers have been censured.

3. The report as has been filed today and as discussed above, be kept with the records.
