Mr. Banerjee, learned senior advocate for the petitioner, on instruction of the petitioner and the parents of the petitioner, who are present in Court, submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the writ petition and unconditionally withdraws all the allegations made in the writ petition against the respondent nos.2 to 4.

Mr. Gupta, learned advocate for the respondent nos.2 to 4 submits that though in compliance with the direction dated July 01, 2025 the affidavit is ready but in view of the development he does not want to file it.

Be that as it may, in view of the stand taken by the petitioner, WPA 14300 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.
