In view of the urgency pleaded on behalf of the petitioner, the matter is treated as on the Day's List.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is an inadvertent and bonafide error in the order dated November 20, 2024.

In the penultimate paragraph (at internal page 2) of the said order, it should read as "There shall be an order in terms of prayers (b) and (c) of the writ petition" instead of "There shall be no order in terms of prayers (b) and (c) of the writ petition".

To the above extent, the order dated November 20, 2024 stands modified.
