Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 2.3.2022 the learned Judicial Magistrate 2nd Court, Howrah in complaint case No. 707C of 2012 was pleased to observe that as the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case, and the accused may be discharged.

The present change of circumstances and certified copy of the same has been handed over by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Having regard to the same the revisional application has become infructuous. Consequently, CRR 1479 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any is hereby vacated.

Let certified copy so filed by the learned advocate for the petitioner be kept with the record.
