Read order dated June 19, 2024. The State places on record the FSL report. The sample that was sent to FSL has tested positive indicating that the materials seized from the petitioner are contraband.

In view of commercial quantity of contraband being involved and keeping in mind the restrictions in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

CRM (NDPS) 952 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
