Mr. Pratick Bose, learned advocate, who generally appears for the State, is requested to appear in this matter. Let his appointment be regularized.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that charge hearing of the case has not yet been concluded, and the hearing is being adjourned on repeated occasions since February 11, 2019.

It has been further submitted that though the accused persons are appearing before the learned Magistrate, but due to the absence of the State, the charge hearing could not be concluded.

In that view of the matter, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court at Alipore, South 24-Parganas, to conclude the charge hearing within a period of three months from date without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

The application being CRR 1928 of 2021 is disposed of. All parties shall act upon the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
