He was recommended to join Khejuri Guruprasad Balika Vidyaniketan (H.S.), P.O.-Kunjapur, P.S.-Khejuri, Dist.-Purba Medinipur, as a 'Clerk'.

It transpires that there is no such vacancy in the said school.

Counsel for the School Service Commission submits that his client has received information that there is vacancy in Chandanpur A. Institution, P.O.- Chandanpur, BlockPatashpur, Dist.- Purba Medinipur, in the post of 'Clerk'.

In those circumstances, the School Service Commission shall, within a period of 10 days from

date, issue appropriate orders recommending the petitioner for appointment as 'Clerk' in the aforesaid school and confirm the same to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.

The Board shall, in turn, issue letter of appointment to the petitioner immediately thereafter. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of without any order. The original recommendation of Khejuri Guruprasad Balika Vidyaniketan (H.S.), P.O.- Kunjapur, P.S.-Khejuri, Dist.-Purba Medinipur, shall stand quashed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
