The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a suit for recovery of possession sometimes in the year 2000 and the said suit was decreed only on November 20, 2024. The decree was put into execution giving rise to Title Execution Case No. 8 of 2025. He submits that the execution application is required to be disposed of expeditiously.

From the ordersheets appended to this application this Court finds that 21st July, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the application filed by the opposite party herein on 9th April, 2025 and for filing the written objection, if any, in the meantime.

In view thereof, C.O. 2342 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division),

2nd Court at Alipore to take up the hearing of the application dated 9th April, 2025 on the next date fixed i.e. on 21st July, 2025, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. After disposal of the interlocutory application the learned executing court is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Execution Case No. 8 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
