Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the respondent-Bank is agreeable to dispose of and decide the representation given by the petitioners in accordance with law.

In view of such fair stand having been taken, WPA 14576 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3-Bank, that is, the Punjab National Bank, to dispose of the representation of the petitioners, annexed to the present writ petition, in accordance with law within August 23, 2023 and thereafter to communicate the decision of the Bank to the petitioner in writing immediately thereafter.

There will be no order as to costs.
