From the report submitted by the learned Registrar, Judicial Service, it appears that the Misc. Execution Case No. 34 of 2013 has been disposed of on 31.1.2019 and the Misc. Case M.R. 75(IV) of 2011 has been disposed of 30.1.2013.

The present revisional application arises out of the aforesaid case filed before the learned trial court. Under such circumstances the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the criminal revisional application being CRR 1525 of 2013 is disposed of.
